Violet and George specialise in beautifully made, cleverly designed soft furnishings. Our work ranges from traditional made-to-measure curtains, bed throws, headboards, cushions, rugs, quilts and lampshades to unique creations such as distinctive window dressings, bespoke fabrics, tailor-made lampshades and elaborately customised furniture. Violet and George's inspiration has been drawn from fashion and architecture with modern fabrics being mixed with vintage trimmings, traditional fabrics being used in challenging ways and experimental collaborations with other fields of design such as textile designers and fashion designers. The traditional values of craftsmanship and quality underpin Violet and George's range. Their team of curtain makers have over 70 years combined experience and their upholsterers are skilled craftsmen with more than 60 years experience combined with modern production methods.
